Ramki has more than 32 years of experience in financial markets. He is a SEBI registered Research Analyst (Registration number: INH000010496) and the Managing Director & CEO of Sharewealth Securities Ltd from Thrissur, Kerala. Sharewealth is the first corporate member from Thrissur in major stock & commodity exchanges in India and a Depository Participant with Central Depository Services Ltd (CDSL) for depository services.
He is also a Director of S I Capital & Financial Services Ltd, an NBFC listed in BSE. SI Capital is a subsidiary of Sharewealth. He was a member of the Cochin Stock Exchange and governing board member during 1998-2000 and ex-Treasurer during 1998-1999. He was the Regional Head of Sharekhan (2002-2006).
Ramki has a Master’s degree in management and has NISM Certifications as a Research Analyst, Derivatives, and SORM.
Mr.Ramki is a Financial Market Analyst, instrumental in conducting various Investor awareness programs across Kerala and other states for the investing public.
He is a Participant & speaker in various investment awareness programs conducted by NSE, BSE, MCX, and SEBI.
A regular panelist in various public visual media in connection with Financial Markets, frequently appearing on Malayalam TV channels (Manorama TV) in Kerala for expert advice on equity, commodity investments, and economic & market scenarios.
He has in-depth knowledge of equity analysis, research, and stock valuation.
